Henry Kapono is a performer who has it all – vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, composer, thrilling performer, audience favorite—and multiple honors and awards, including a Grammy nomination. He has taken home numerous Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards, including Male Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, Single of the Year, and Album & Rock Album of the Year. Henry has been at the creative forefront of contemporary Hawaiian music throughout his career – from the very successful duo of Cecilio & Kapono in the 1970s and 80s, to launching his solo career that produced 17 albums, to his groundbreaking Wild Hawaiian collaborations that fused the power of Hawaiian traditions with driving rock rhythms and a soundtrack for the new century.

August 22:

The first concert is with Sean Na‘auo.  Sean Na’auao is a musician and vocalist, composer and producer and has won Hawaii’s prestigious Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards multiple times including Island Contemporary Album of the Year for his popular “Fish and Poi”.  Recognized for his exceptional vocal ability, he made Frank Hewitt’s traditional Hawaiian composition, “Kapilina,” a famous hit.

September 10:

Born and raised on the island of O‘ahu, singer/songwriter Blayne Asing started playing the ‘ukulele at the age of eight and guitar by the age of nine.  Blayne is self-taught “by having a good ear for learning and watching YouTube videos”. In addition to playing a variety of instruments, Blayne is a prolific songwriter with a distinctive voice complimented by his own unique country/folk/island style.  Releasing his 1st album in 2015, at the age of 27, Blayne won Most Promising Artist at the 2016 Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards and again for Single of the Year in 2017.

October 8:

Best known for his work in the musical group Olomana, Jerry Santos has maintained an influential presence on the Hawaii music scene for over four decades.  Born and raised on the windward side of O‘ahu and a graduate of The Kamehameha Schools, Jerry established himself early on as one of Hawai‘i’s most prolific song writers. As a founding member and lead singer of the legendary group, Olomana, Jerry helped to create a unique and easily recognizable musical style, blending Hawaiian music with contemporary rhythms. Over the years, Jerry has performed all over the world and his work has been recognized by the Hawai‘i musical community with numerous Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards.

November 12:

With six albums and over 40 original compositions under his belt, Alx has worked with and written for many major commercials, TV shows and feature films.
