INSTRUCTIONS:

Message Details will be requested when added to your cart. Be prepared to provide:

1. Recipient of the message: First and Last Name. If difficult to pronounce, please note in message details

2. If this is for a special occasion, please note any special details including any milestones.

3. Please provide the email you wish the link to be emailed.

4. Video will be transferred using the program WeTransfer. See the instruction below about how that process works.

5. Standard message will be delivered to purchaser within 7 days of order received

DELIVERY:

Standard Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver video message requests within 7 days from the date received.

Expedited Delivery: Should you need your order sooner, we can accommodate you with a rush order fee of $50; this allows us to put your order at the head of our production queue. For delivery within 3 business days, please select the “Expedited” option upon placing your order.

Expedited Orders received will be processed as noted:

Orders received on:

• Thursday will be sent by Monday

• Friday will be sent by Tuesday

• Sat/Sun/Mon will be sent by Wednesday

• Tuesday will be sent by Thursday

• Wednesday will be sent by Friday

WeTransfer Download Instructions:

The Aloha from Henry personalized video message will be sent via WeTransfer.  The customer who ordered the video will receive an email from WeTransfer that will state Kapono Inc has sent you a file. The Video link will be expired 4 weeks from the time it is sent.

This e-mail will show the file that can be downloaded, the expiration date and a download button. Once the Aloha from Henry video is downloaded by the purchaser, we recommend that the customer review the video for accuracy within the first few days of receipt. Please note that it is critical that the customer who ordered the video download, save, review and forward the file link to the recipient prior to the expiration date noted on the email.

You are not required to have the We Transfer program or application to download your video message

Step By Step Instructions:

1. In your e-mail program, open the message from WeTransfer

2. Click the “Get Your Files” button. A new Web browser window opens to the WeTransfer site, and you see a dialogue box saying your download is ready.

3. Click Download.

4. Choose where to put the file on your hard drive and click Save.

5. On the WeTransfer site, click Okay.

6. You can now close out of your browser and open the file that you just downloaded.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

The Aloha from Henry personalized video messages provide:

1. Videos are filmed via an iPhone 12 Pro Max or a device of equal or greater quality.

2. Videos will be filmed at Henry’s House. Requests for messages to be filmed at a specific location are possible for an additional fee. Please note the request in Message Details.

3. Henry will do his best to accommodate all specific details in his message.

4. All messages will be positive and family friendly.

5. Additional requests may require additional time to process prior to delivery date.

6. All messages will be delivered to the customer ordering the video via a link to WeTransfer messaging service to the email noted on the order.

7. Aloha From Henry is a personal program for Fans, Friends & Family only. For any Businesses or Non-Profit Organization requests, please contact Lezlee@henrykapono.com.

8. Aloha from Henry video messages are produced for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercializing or monetizing these video’s in any way is strictly prohibited.

DISCLAIMER:

We will make every effort to deliver video message requests within 14 days from the date received. In the event there is an unforeseen delay or additional requests and we are unable to make the delivery date, a representative from the Kapono store will contact the person who purchased the request immediately via email or phone.
